You agree that your ads will not be designed to be misleading and/or trick users into clicking and/or malicious in nature

You agree to not (or attempt to) clone, replicate and/or duplicate any section of the ad.naijaobserver.com's platform

You agree not to upload any ad which will lead to doubtful or fraudulent activities and transactions

You agree to not upload any ad or add any website that promotes or supports terrorism, violence, fraud, rebellion, acts of treason, prostitution, pornography, militancy, seperatists groups, paid to click sites, and/or copyright infringements
